A Sneak Peek and the Mark III

This past weekend was so fun and busy…I’ll share more about it on Friday for my weekly wrap up post…but for now I just wanted to share a little peek of a beautiful bridal session and blog about my new love – the 5D mk iii…

I call my mk ii my first child because I treat it like it is…I’m so careful with it and I just love it! I’m so thankful that I own it and that I’ve grown so much while using it…When Ryan and I actually have real children, I’m positive that we will love them all the same amount no matter what…but after renting the 5D mk iii to get a feel for if it’s actually worth it to upgrade, I think I need a new camera child. That obviously sounds ridiculous, but the mark iii is amazing and I love it even more than my mk ii…It’s definitely going to be the next addition to my little camera family so I better start saving!

I had to upgrade to Lightroom 4 to handle the Mark iii files, but it was so worth it! Katie’s bridal session was beautiful and she is going to make such a STUNNING bride. Her dress is AMAZING and fits her style perfectly…she is such a classic beauty. The only thing that makes me sad is that you have to wait so long to see her portraits and how incredible she looks! Here’s a few peeks from her session…

Her mom MADE this bouquet…I was seriously impressed!!

 Nice job Allen!

Happy Monday!!

Oooh, this looks like it was beautiful! I can’t wait to see! And I agree on the mkiii thing. My mkii was my baby until I cheated on it one weekend with the 3. There was no turning back for me after that.

Okay…so if you get a 5DMKIII I will officially be jealous. Also, awesome ring shot!!! Love the colors and of course the beautiful ring? Is it rose gold? I’m OBSESSED with rose gold.
