The Weekly Wrap-up!

It’s Friday again! Can you believe it?? March is flying by already…Today is a really awesome Friday though because it’s my little sisters 20th birthday! (Whaaat? There are no more teenagers in my family! crazy!)…Ryan and I got to celebrate with her and her boyfriend on Wednesday and it was definitely a highlight of the week…It’s so fun getting older and getting to be friends with your siblings…It doesn’t seem like that long ago that we were getting on each others nerves and driving our parents crazy…It’s kind of nice growing up because as we get older the age gap between us seems to get smaller and smaller! I am so thankful for you Angelika!! And I hope you have the best day! I love you and I am so proud of the beautiful and amazing person that you are!

I wish I had a cute childhood picture to show you..but since those are all at my parents house, here’s some super flattering pictures of us from last summer instead to give you a peek into our relationship…She loves me even when I’m acting ridiculous…Dont ask me what I was doing..I’m so weird. I promise I’m an adult.

Ryan and I are about to leave for Blacksburg for a wedding tomorrow (It’s always so fun to get to visit Tech and relive our college days…We will definitely be heading to Gillies for a post wedding day brunch on Sunday…which if you’re unaware, is the single most amazing breakfast restaurant in the world. That’s not an exageration..) so as usual here’s the weekly wrap-up!

  • The first wedding of the year was this past weekend! And I can’t wait to share the images!
  • My sister came and visited me on Wednesday! We got to go thrifting, which is one of our favorite things to do together and I found a vintage leather COACH purse for 19 dollars!! I love finding good deals!
  • It also SNOWED…which was incredibly distracting and meant I didn’t get very much work done…
  • Then we got to go out for a birthday dinner celebration at this awesome Thai restaurant..It was so good!
  • I got to hang out with some of my photography girlfriends…We had lunch at California Pizza Kitchen and it was my first time ever eating there…It was really good and I already can’t wait to go back!…Then of course I made us go to Starbucks afterwards. I love getting to spend time with other photographers…It’s always so encouraging and I’m so thankful for them!

Happy Friday!! I have to go finish packing…I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
