Matt and Charlene

Think of everything a fairytale wedding should be for a pink and monogram loving girl and that was Charlene and Matt’s day in Williamsburg at Kingsmill…it couldn’t have been more beautiful! From her wedding dress to the fluffy bouquet full of peonies to the gorgeous centerpieces at the reception…everything was decorated and planned to perfection. And I didn’t expect anything less…Charlene plans to become a wedding planner and I’m so excited for her to bring that dream to life! Matt is always supportive of her and I love the way they compliment each other perfectly.

Charlene will always be a kindred spirit of mine…she lost her dad too soon too and he didn’t get to be at her wedding, but we were convinced he asked God to make Charlene’s day extra special and he was definitely there in spirit…the weather was especially perfect on Saturday and the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. As Charlene slipped her dad’s ring onto Matt’s finger during their ceremony and said her vows, I couldn’t help but think about how proud he would be of them! And I am so excited for them as they begin this next chapter in their lives together!
Charlene and Matt, I hope your honeymoon in Napa is treating you well! Enjoy my favorites from your day!

Really beautiful work, Anna!! Charlene is the lovely daughter of my beloved brother and every nuance of her wedding plans showed how much she loves him … and wanted him to be a part of her fairytale. Your beautiful photos have now immortalized it for her and for Matt. Thank you for your mastery of your craft!!
