Virginia Wedding Photographer | Stefan and Anna

If I had to sum up Anna and Stefan’s wedding day in a few words, it would be pure JOY! Everything about the day was magical from start to finish…First of all, the weatherman was calling for heavy rain all day, but after a few quick showers in the morning, it was bright and sunny the rest of the day! Such a miracle for a bride who dreams of getting married outside!

I pulled up to the old farm house where Anna’s dad lives and as soon as I laid eyes on this gorgeous place, I was excited to start shooting. I love homes that are full of history! Anna was all smiles when I met her inside as she was about to slip into her dress. She’s the kind of bride that puts everyone around her at ease and her joy is truly contagious. It’s easy to see why Stefan fell in love with her!
They both work in journalism…Stefan is from Germany and their jobs have taken them all over the world. They met by chance at a dinner party and soon after began dating! They go so well together and I’m so excited for them to continue the journey as a married couple. They are so kind and genuine that it’s no wonder why their friends traveled in from far off places to celebrate with them!
And I was so honored to get to capture it all! I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from their day…

And a huge thanks to Meredith for being my second shooter!*
