Today, I’ve had some annoying computer problems that took me forever to fix…NOT fun! On a happier note though, as of last weekend Amanda Mae is officially MARRIED…so now I get to show you her bridal portraits! I couldn’t wait to get to Charlottesville to spend an evening with her catching up and shooting her in her gorgeous wedding dress at Ash-Lawn Highland…Amanda is one of my best friends from college and I treasure our friendship so much…plus she’s adorable…so I knew we were going to have a fun evening despite it being a million degrees outside!!…Amanda was definitely a good sport, considering her dress was really heavy…I was MELTING in normal clothes!!
It has been so cool getting to watch some of my best friends get married…I loved seeing the joy and excitement that Amanda had as her wedding got closer and closer!! I didn’t really get to know Amanda well until my last year of college..but I’m so thankful that God put her in my life at the perfect time. She has had such a huge impact on me…She is one of the sweetest and most caring people and is so good at loving people well…She also shares my love for crafting and thrifting, so her wedding was super similar to mine in the sense that there were a MILLION details!! It was amazing…Amanda is moving to Kentucky with her now HUSBAND, Josh, so that he can pursue a Seminary degree. I am so excited for them but also so sad to see them leave Virginia!
Amanda Mae, thank you for letting me be a part of such a special time in your life! I hope you all enjoy some of my favorites!
The property has so many gorgeous trees!!
Isn’t she the cutest?!I love that shot on the right…Amanda’s mom came with us too and in this picture Amanda was smiling at her…such a sweet moment!
Ahhhhh! Amanda I am so obsessed with your dress. Gorgeous.
You’re SO pretty..Josh is a lucky guy.
Even though I’m a Hokie, I’m in LOVE Charlottesville…SUCH a pretty place!!! and I also really loved Amanda’s headband..
Happy (late) Monday!!
