Nikki got my name from one of my good friends, Liz…they used to work together and when Liz found out that Nikki had gotten engaged, her first thought was to give Nikki my name and website…Yay for friends who are supportive of my business!!! I’m so so thankful that she did that, because Nikki is one of the sweetest people…and she is SO excited about her wedding and her pictures, which of course, makes any photographer a very happy camper…

When these two showed up on the day of their session, Nikki was just beaming! You can tell she’s so excited to get to marry Eric..and I think that shows in their pictures too! They made my job easy!!

It was a pretty dreary day and it got dark so much earlier than usual because of how overcast it was…but the rain stayed away for us and I loved how soft and pretty the light was!! Pocahontas State Park is GORGEOUS and we had so much fun walking around this one little area..it was so full of good spots!
