Right now I’m sitting in my little office, staring out the window at the rain falling, sipping on some peppermint tea from my favorite anthro mug, listening to the Glee season 2 soundtrack (disclaimer: I’ve never actually WATCHED Glee, I just love listening to covers of songs!) aaand I’m thinking about all the things I SHOULD be doing…Does anyone else have an impossible time of being productive on Friday afternoons?? I just want to sit on the couch and watch three episodes of Grey’s Anatomy in a row on Netflix…

I’m so thankful that this weekend is going to be spent relaxing! We were supposed to go skiing tomorrow but the rainy forecast might change those plans…And today is my good friend Melanie’s birthday so I’m really looking forward to celebrating tonight!

As usual…here’s a few highlights from the week:

• This week WE HIRED A TAX PERSON!!! Can you say HUGE RELIEF??? I’m so thankful that we decided to get some help with taxes this year..running a small business and figuring out all the numbers has been super DAUNTING and now it feels like such a weight has been lifted off our shoulders!
• My new brand is really starting to come together! I’m getting so excited to unveil what it looks like! This whole rebrand process is really showcasing how indecisive I am though…with every little change I spend FOREVER staring at it and deciding if I like it…I’m super thankful that my designer is so patient with me! She. is. the. BEST.
• I got to have lunch with my wonderful friend Katie who got to spend a month with my family in Germany this winter (so jealous!) and she brought me back the prettiest presents from my relatives…These are my new favorite mugs and they match our china that my aunt collected for me over the years! I love our china because it’s super simple and I can mix and match it with other dishes…Also, I feel super classy drinking coffee out of these even when I’m wearing PJ’s and slippers…

• And this is my new friend Ashley! I had so much fun getting to take some new headshots for her this week! Cant wait to share more….
