Dear Ryan,

Can you believe it’s been two years already?? Time is FLYING by…I still consider June 18, 2011 to be one of the best days of my life and remember it like it was last week…I remember waking up early that morning to start getting ready and thinking about how even if all the little details of our wedding day that I had worked so hard to plan went wrong, as long as I was married to you at the end of the day then it would be a success…but the day far exceeded my expectations…from the first look…to walking down the aisle (thinking about our ceremony still makes me so happy!)…to getting to drive away in that cute little yellow, vintage Mercedes as our friends and family cheered (and I freaked out because it turned out the thing didn’t have working seat belts)…it was the best.

But you know what? What makes it even better is that our marriage has been infinitely more amazing than our wedding day…through the ups and downs that the past two years brought us, I’m so thankful that we got to do it all together. I am so blessed that I get to be your wife and I’m still in awe that God would choose me to marry a man like you…a man of integrity, who works so hard to support our little family, who uses his gifts and talents to serve me and others, who is always putting me first, who let me get the type of puppy I wanted even though you love big dogs, who can always make me laugh, and who cares for me and loves me so well even when I’m at my worst…who supports and encourages my crazy dreams while keeping me grounded, and who believes in me even when the odds are against me. I love you so much and I love getting to live life with you! You are the best and I”m so thankful for you!
