These days typically when I get an inquiry for senior portraits I pass them along to one of my friends who does them as a more official part of their business…weddings and couples portraiture is the main focus of my business, so as I’ve started booking for 2014 I’m devoting most of my time to the brides who have chosen me to capture their special day…but every so often I get an inquiry from a senior who I’m just really excited to work with! Emilee is one of those girls that lights up a room and radiates a true inward beauty. Her confidence in who she is makes other’s feel more confident and beautiful too..and she’s just so much fun to be around! Why wasn’t I this cool when i was a senior in high school??

Emilee and her mom drove up to Richmond from Hampton Roads for her session and we had such a wonderful time walking around the VMFA and taking her pictures…I loved hearing about her future plans as she is beginning the last chapter of high school and I’m so excited for her and where she’s headed!
