I met Jessica and Andrew in the heart of DC for their engagement session and what started out as a sunny afternoon turned into a very cloudy and windy evening…you could feel a storm rolling in as we got close to the end of the session, but it was so fun getting to shoot in different lighting situations all in one session and I love how the colors in the last few turned out! Andrew and Jessica are getting married in Richmond, but live near DC right now so it was fun getting to document a part of their story in the area where they live right now…

One of my favorite parts about engagement sessions is getting to know each couple’s story a little while we walk around and shoot…These two have been dating for YEARS! Their relationship started in high school and I’m so excited for them that they will finally be tying the not so soon!
