I met Emily and Alan in Downtown Richmond for their engagement session and I have to say that this is my personal favorite time of the year to shoot…The colors are amazing and the weather is getting cooler and there’s just something really special about it…As we walked around and talked more about the plans they’ve made for their wedding and future together, I got more and more excited for their big day! They are tying the knot at The Boathouse at Rockett’s landing so choosing to shoot in Libby Hill Park was the best idea because we got to take an engagement picture with their wedding venue in the background! It was perfect!

I think the only way it could have been more perfect is if we had been able to take them in Paris where they got engaged! How romantic is that? I absolutely love their story and I’m so excited for them and their future together! I hope you enjoy my favorites!
