Strasbourg was one of Anna and I’s favorite stops this summer for so many reasons…and one of the best reasons was because we got to stay with this beautiful couple in the middle of the city! Palmer and Christy were living in France this past summer for work and were so kind in opening up their home for us! They lived in the sweetest little flat that’s just close enough to walk to fun restaurants and the city center…where they gave us the best tour and treated us to the yummiest fondue I’ve ever had! 

We also drove into the Alsace countryside to visit some local wineries…in this part of France lots of families have wineries out of their homes with the most amazing selections of incredible wines! Since Christy speaks french, she was able to help us navigate our way through wine tastings in the quaintest towns allowing us to take in the culture that we wouldn’t have been able to otherwise…

Christy and Palmer, thank you again for your incredible hospitality and for sharing one of your favorite cities with us! I will never forget our time together!
