Happy Valentines Day blog readers! I hope your heart is as full of love every day of the year, as it is today….I’m one of those cheesy people who loves every holiday and Valentines Day is no exception…I think it’s a great day to celebrate love of all kinds..celebrate all the special people in your life today that you love even if that just means sending your mom a text that says “You mean so much to me!” (I did that today…I love my momma!)…I will always take advantage of any excuse to tell the people I love how important they are to me! Not that you need an excuse, but life is too short not to…even if it’s a manufactured holiday telling you that you should…

I am a words person so that makes me love today even more…I would much rather receive a card with an encouraging note than any kind of gift (okay maybe not ANY kind of gift, but you get the idea…)…I just feel most loved when people sincerely tell me that I’m important to them! I got THREE valentines day card’s from my parents…They know me so well…

Unfortunately, Ryan has to work tonight…womp womp…But we get to go to Chickfila for lunch together (my kind of vday celebration) and then to a sweet little bakery where I get to eat lots of chocolate because we have a Groupon for it….It’s so funny to think back on past Valentines Day’s and to picture 16 and 18 year old  sort of awkward Anna and Ryan celebrating it by going for a walk in a park with coffee in hand after school (the coffee part is still fitting…). I still have the teddy bear he gave me that first Valentines Day too!

This weekend we are heading to Charlottesville to celebrate by touring some wineries and just getting to spend some quality time together hanging out! Here’s to hoping for pretty weather! I’m so thankful for all of my family and friends and especially for Ryan today and every day…Love this picture from our wedding day via Katelyn James that was taken during our first look…so much love and joy…
