Kent and Jennifer celebrated their new marriage at the stunning Mankin Mansion outside of Richmond, Virginia…it’s one of my favorite venues because it’s so full of charm and even in the rain, it’s the perfect place for a wedding! Their guests gathered under the tent as the rain began to fall and Kent and Jennifer were announced just as it started to pour!

Morgan and Lauren celebrated two years of marriage this past May and I was so honored when she emailed me to ask if I would take their anniversary photos this year! It was months ago when we were started forming a plan for the shoot, and I couldn’t believe when it was finally here!

They share a mutual and deep love for life at the “Rivah”…the term refers to the area on the middle peninsula of Virginia, but is really more of a lifestyle than a place. It’s the laid-back vibe that somehow makes all of the worries of work from the week melt away and it’s where some of Nick and Jess’s favorite memories have been made.
