Steve and Dawn have been married for over 23 years and have walked through so much life together! I love my job because I get to capture the day when a marriage begins, but it was so inspiring and encouraging to capture this incredible couple in this season of life at the place where Ryan and I celebrated our wedding day in Richmond! I dream of Ryan and I being like Dawn and Steve in 20 years. They are incredible and I feel so honored to have gotten to meet and photograph them! And the icing on the cake was that they had the most beautiful wedding day! It was such a dream! They planned every detail perfectly and infused it all with so much love

They said that even though it was tough, they wouldn’t change it because it made them stronger as a couple. I love that. And I’m so happy for them to get to be living in the same place again as they plan for their beautiful May wedding! He popped the question while they were on vacation with his entire family in Costa Rica where he waited until the fourth day of their trip so she’d give
