Neil and Kelsey first met their freshman year of college because they lived in the same dorm. They became friends and started studying together all the time, but it wasn’t until years later at the end of college that they finally admitted to liking each other. They say that it’s kind of a shame because they are now living hours apart until the wedding and dating would have been much more convenient when they lived in the same town! They first met in an art class in college…they were dating other people at the time and didn’t hit it off until a year later when their paths crossed again. But that second time they connected right away…they share a love for the arts…she’s a writer, and he enjoys photography. With their history in fine arts they both have an eye for beauty so their pictures are important to them as a couple which just makes me love them even more! They live in an adorable eclectic apartment in Norfolk that has gorgeous views of the city…Dakota surprised Evelyn by asking her to marry him at the Pagoda there which
