Intimate Virginia Elopement Part 2

If you didn’t see part 1 of this pretty shoot yet, go see it first here! The storyline began with a couple having a slow morning together enjoying breakfast and coffee while reading cuddled up on the couch…when they decided that they should elope today…I imagine that they have both been thinking about it for a while and decided that life is too short not to get married as soon as possible!

So they start getting ready…she pulled a white dress from her closet that she’d been saving for a special occasion…maybe even hoping this day would come. He got dressed and then helped her get into her gown. Getting ready for an elopement feels so much more intimate and extra special because the couple can spend the whole day together if they want to!

They make there way up the hill and into the woods where they hold each other close and wish that they could freeze time in this moment. They read their handwritten vows to each other that I imagine they had just written that morning…and then they are husband and wife! These inspiration photos taken in front of an incredible hanging wreath created by Amanda Burnette are some of my favorites…

Stay tuned for Part 3! The romantic picnic celebration…
