This weeks wrap up is coming a day early because I’m leaving for NOVA in a bit for one of my best friend’s weddings, which is TOMORROW! I’m so excited!! So here’s what’s been going on in the Akins’ household this week!:

The GOOD:

• We finished moving the last of our stuff out of our apartment AND we finished cleaning it!!! This is a major win…it took us long enough, but we turn in our keys today and our lease ends tomorrow!
• According to yesterday’s poll it looks like we are leaving our door the color it is for now! Hopefully I’ll learn to love it so I don’t have to paint it again…
• This past weekend I got to shoot a wedding with one of my good friends! And even though it rained the whole day we had so much fun and the couple was gorgeous!
• Like I said, ONE OF MY BESTFRIENDS IS GETTING MARRIED IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS!!!!!!!! I met Kaitlyn at a conference my freshman year of college and we clicked right away…She is one of the most hilarious and fun people I have ever met and she has such a caring heart…We got to lead a Bible study together, go on a million coffee dates, and then live together our last year at school! I miss having her live right up the stairs from me, but no matter how far away she lives I’ll always treasure her friendship, and I am ECSTATIC to get to stand by her side as she marries her best friend tomorrow!!!

The BAD:

• Our house looks like a tornado tore through it and dropped a bunch of junk everywhere…We have SO much to unpack and I don’t work well with so much clutter all around me!
• I learned that I should’ve started to practice walking in my bridesmaid shoes a long time ago because they’re so tall!…here’s to hoping I don’t trip down the aisle!
