I knew I loved Kelsey from the first time we emailed back and forth…she is literally one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! She’s an elementary school teacher and I just know her little students must adore her…Mike, her fiancé, is studying at William and Mary’s Law School…so we decided to meet in Colonial Williamsburg for their engagement session so that we could stop by there to take a few pictures! I love when couples choose a location that has special meaning to them!

Kelsey and Mike both went to Virginia Tech and graduated around the same time as Ryan and I, but we had never met…Tech is HUGE so that’s obviously not surprising, but after getting to hang out with them for the evening I wish we had been friends! They are such a fun couple and are obviously so perfect for each other…It was fun to hear their story and learn that they are high school sweethearts like Ryan and I!

They were so much fun to photograph..they’re  a beautiful couple and we literally could not have picked a more perfect evening to shoot their session..the weather was GORGEOUS…I am loving the start of fall! Enjoy some of my favorites from the shoot!
