George and Joyelle | Married!

After spending time with George and Joyelle during their engagement session, I knew I was going to love getting to be a part of their big day…These two are so fun and easygoing and their wedding day was almost completely stress free from start to finish…and I’m so happy it turned out that way, because that was the most important thing to Joyelle as a bride! She wanted to just enjoy her wedding day and revel in the fact that she was marrying her bestfriend, without having to stress or worry about anything…Joyelle is so laid-back and I really admire that about her! My own wedding day was CRAZY busy with trying to get all of my details in order..I was definitely a type A bride and my day was perfect for me…Just like Joyelle’s day was perfect for her! It was such a beautiful and fun day and I am so thankful that I got to be a part of it!! Even when a few little things went wrong, Joyelle was just so overjoyed and excited to marry George that nothing else mattered!

Their faith and love for God was so evident in their ceremony and in their attitude toward their big day…I always feel so honored getting to be a part of all of the little important moments that make up one of the biggest days in the bride and groom’s lives! George and Joyelle, thank you for letting me be a part of your wedding day!! I hope you enjoy my favorites!

Pretty diamond!!

Some of my new favorite dress shots ever…

Joyelle’s flower girl watching her get her makeup done..too cute!

Time to put on the dress!

Joyelle you are so stunning…

First look time! Joyelle specifically mentioned this cross when we were emailing back and forth before her wedding day…I’m so glad we were able to incorporate it into so many shots!

Taking some time to pray…

I love that left shot and think it is a beautiful representation of how they have Christ at the center of their relationship!

Then we headed downtown to take a few more portraits!

I love the warmth in these pictures from the light that was reflecting off of all the brick…

Seriously Joyelle?? You could not be prettier.

I loved their navy polka dot ties!

Ceremony time!

So sweet…

PURE JOY!

Taking communion together…

MARRIED!!

Then the light outside was so pretty we couldn’t pass up taking a few more portraits…some of my favorite portraits ever!

so cute…

Time for the reception…

I felt like this picture demonstrates how laid-back Joyelle is…I took it right after they realized that the wrong song had accidentally been played for their first dance…love her!

There were so many cute kids at this wedding!

cake cutting!

Then they made their big exit…congrats you two!!!
