Last night I got home at approximately 2:30 AM from the What’s Next conference hosted by Justin and Mary in DC…I was exhausted but so overwhelmed with feelings of excitement and determination to move forward and continue building my business in 2013…J&M ROCKED my world and view of the industry so much so that by 3 AM when I finally got in bed, I couldn’t fall asleep despite how tired I was because my mind was still swimming with ideas and possibilities and what could be NEXT.
It’s fun to be a dreamer…to disregard worries and fears and what-ifs…and to recognize that you only have one life to live on this earth, so why would you ever want to waste a second of it not living it to the fullest?

For now here’s a silly picture of me being overly excited about my What’s Next Tour t-shirt…I’m so weird….and a pretty journal that my good friend Katie gave to me yesterday to take notes in and to start recording my dreams in at the conference…
Aaaand as far as the weekly wrap-up goes…here’s a few highlights! It was not a super eventful week, but nevertheless a good one…
- I got to have 2 more client meetings with brides in my living room this week! More and more I’m seeing the benefit of getting to meet with brides in my home and I really feel like I made two new friends this week!
- WE KEPT OUR DOWNSTAIRS IN OUR HOUSE SUPER CLEAN ALL WEEK…I’m counting this as a highlight and a miracle…we tend to clean one day a week and then things start to go down hill and by the end of the week it’s a disorganized mess…so maybe this is another benefit of having brides meet me at my house…it forces me to keep our place clean!
- I got back the first few rounds of my new logo from my designer! I’m so excited to continue seeing it come together!
- coffee dates with good friends…I got to have 2 this week and these are so good for my soul…I’m so thankful for the women in my life!

Ahaha you’re adorable. I wanted one of those shirts! And I’ve started meeting with clients in our living room and am SO relieved! It’s so much more relaxing!

OH YEAH GIRL you lookin’ good in that t shirt!! Glad you got some use out of your notebook! Wish I could say I planned it out to give it to you that day so you could write all these awesome notes in it but I literally just thought let me take this so I don’t have to mail it later on haha:) Love you!
