If I had to pick a phrase that represents Bekah and her family it would be “Southern Hospitality”…they are from Tennessee, have cute southern accents, and are some of the most generous and sweet people I know. You can really tell that they take great joy in being hospitable to others, which really shined through during the entire wedding day…
The day was clearly about celebrating Bekah and Bryan’s love for each other and for the Lord with good friends, amazing food, and lots of line dancing! Before this one, I had never photographed a wedding with a live band and line dances..It was so much fun! The reception took place in a barn near Blacksburg that was perfectly decorated and so full of southern charm! The details and florals were absolutely incredible..I had seen the barn empty before, but was AMAZED by the transformation made by all of the pretty decor and place settings…
The whole day was beautiful and I’m so thankful that I got to be a part of it! Bekah and Brian, congratulations again and I hope you enjoy my favorites from your big day!
Bekah’s beautiful ring is an antique and was her momma’s…
GORGEOUS wedding gown…
Seriously Bekah?? You made such a stunning bride…
First look time!!
I love these special moments that you can only capture when a couple chooses to do a first look…
One of my all time favorites…
Love this!!!
Then we headed over to the drill field on Virginia Tech’s campus for a couple to make sure we got some with Hokie stone in the background!
so beautiful Bekah!
I loved Brian’s tie!
Check out those mustache socks….
I loved these fun J.Crew dresses that Bekah chose for her bridesmaids…
nice guys!
Goin’ to the chapel…
I technically wasn’t supposed to take pictures during the ceremony because of the church rules, but the mistress of ceremonies said I could try to sneak a few from the balcony so I went for the important moments!
Married!!!!!
Reception time!! SO many fun details…
This was the most gorgeous cake setup!
We made time for a few more portraits before the reception started…
Loved this verse that was sewn into the bottom of Bekah’s dress…
Beginning the reception with a prayer…
Bekah had an apron that said “Don’t mess with me” hidden under the cake table..such a cute idea!!
Let the dancing begin!
The musicians taught the guests so many fun line dances…having a live band creates a totally different mood than a DJ! I loved it!
Bouquet toss!
Hope you two had a wonderful honeymoon in Vail, CO!!

Your wedding was absolutely beautiful! Congrats on such a wonderful day.
I have been trying to find a dress similar to yours.
Your dress is stunning. Would you mind sharing who the designer of your gown is and/or where you found it?
